TEAM BUILDING: A QUESTION OF BALANCE
平衡的團隊
The effectiveness of team working is dependent upon the extent to which the skills and expertise of individual team members complement each other. Without the right "ingredients" and a proper mix of different types of personalities and different areas of knowledge, the team lacks the range of contributions to make it truly effective.
The main case study video dramatises the building of a project management team to illustrate "the building blocks" of a well balanced, successful team.
Team Building introduces a useful mnemonic - B.E.S.T. - to remind team leaders of the four essential steps in the team building process:
Balance the team - Exploit diversity - Share the goal - Trust the team
