Walk Awhile In My Shoes
設身處地的感受
This video is composed of a series of dynamic, staged interview segments, inter-cutting images of a variety of employees and managers giving candid opinions on various subjects of mutual interest. The video shows that the sometimes conflicting employee/management viewpoints move towards a common ground at the conclusion, highlighting the need for empathy and understanding of the views of others. The employees and managers then address various topics in sequences which are graphically labelled (and scored with a jazz score) as individual “movements”.

Equality Challenge: An Introduction To Equal Opportunities At Work
平等機會:共建和諧
What is equal opportunities? What are my rights? What are my responsibilities? Why does it matter? Our equal opportunities 'primer' poses many thought-provoking questions.

In the programme, we see the context of a department store and a doctor's surgery (both real), the issues are played out in a series of short scenarios. Conversations between the various characters challenge the viewer to notice the assumptions and habitual ways of thinking that lead us into treating people according to our stereotypes about them, rather than according to their individual needs. The range of inappropriate behaviour is wide and illustrates that equality issues are far more pervasive and subtle than the traditional focus on minority groups might have led us to think.
